Hi, I'm Jeremy. I'm a full stack web developer but before everything else, a problem solver.

Creating websites for over 10 years, I work with open source technologies (LAMP/LEMP stack). My education was back-end oriented but I've become full stack through my work experience, learning about front-end development and Linux server administration. My other interests include music, cinema, literature and photography.

Experience

Freelance Developer (2019 - now)

As a soletrader, I keep working for AKA Promotions and other clients, from my home in Marseille. I am open to any kind of new freelance projects, don't hesitate to contact me.

Developer at Agence e+p (2020 - now)

After working closely together for a few years, Perfeo and Nextia have become Agence e+p. I'm in exactly the same position I was in Perfeo: full stack developer, part time. I keep developing and implementing coding standards and development processes.

Developer at Perfeo (2019 - 2020)

Perfeo has changed massively in all these years and it has grown to be a full digital agency. Work includes various different types of websites, using different CMS and technologies (WordPress, Prestashop etc..).

Developer at AutoTrader.ca (2018)

AutoTrader.ca is the number one website to buy or sell cars in Canada. This role requires good Javascript skills and includes various tasks: build advertising banners, automate marketing campaign processes, setup Google Tag Manager and tracking.

Lead Developer at AKA Promotions (2011 - 2018)

AKA is the largest live entertainment marketing agency, with offices on three different continents. I joined the digital team as a junior developer in 2011 and rose quickly within the company until I became lead developer in 2016. This position required full stack skills: back-end development, front-end development and server administration. Building websites and webapps for the theatre industry, maintaining Linux servers in the cloud to back high traffic sites and being part of a great team of people, it has been a wonderful journey that taught me a lot.

Freelance developer (2011)

Before moving to London, I worked as a freelancer on some interesting projects: a website for an engineering company based on Joomla, a WordPress Blog about world music, a website for a rock'n'roll band based on a custom CMS and a model's portfolio based on CodeIgniter.

Developer / SEO Manager at Perfeo (2007 - 2011)

This was my first job, straight out of university. I started with some development projects, including Facebook apps and a crawler to monitor website changes. After a few months, I moved into a SEO manager role, driving a team of three developers to implement onsite/offsite optimisations on our client's websites. This is where I learned practically everything I know about SEO.
